Transfer Presses

Lawton Machinery Group builds two different lines of standard transfer molding presses up to 300 tons, the Advantage and the Genesis II. The Advantage is the basic press. The buyer can select among a number of options to include on the press. The Genesis is our top of the line press that is loaded with most of the features to produce high quality parts for the most demanding applications.

We also custom build transfer presses up to 1000 tons. Our philosophy is to work with you to learn as much as we can about your application and objectives and then use our many years of experience to build the press that will produce high quality parts for many years.

Standard Control systems are programmable logic controls with a color touch screen. Servo valves can be added to achieve accurate pressure control throughout the full pressure range of the transfer cylinder. Computer controlled press with networking and data collection capability and infinite mold recipe storage capability are available. Lawton Machinery Group has long been the technology leader in velocity and pressure profiling of the transfer stroke to achieve better molded part results.
